2. It is brought to the notice of this Court that some typographical error has been crept in para 3, 2nd line of the order dated 23.11.2023. The said para No.3, 2nd line is to be replaced as follows: "3. ....... proposed party, Muthuraja filed suit for declaration in O.S.No.221 of 2021 in ....."

3. Registry is directed to incorporate the above line in paragraph No.3 quoted above and issue fresh order copy to the parties forthwith.

4. In other respects, the order dated 23.11.2023 shall remain unaltered.
