This Writ Petition has been filed to direct the first respondent to give police protection to the petitioner Bank for the purpose of removing the movable property presently available in the premises at 17 Pillaiyar Koil Street, Perungudi, Chennai 600 096.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect in the petition.

3. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel for the

petitioner, this writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
