This contempt petition has been filed praying to punish the respondent herein for his wilful disobedience and non-compliance of the orders of this Court made in WP.No.26251 of 2022 dated 22.07.2024, thereby the respondent had been directed to settle the petitioner's all terminal benefits with interest within a time frame..

2. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent produced proceedings dated 09.09.2025 and submitted that the order passed by this Court made in WP.No.26251 of 2022 dated 22.07.2024 has been complied with by the aforesaid proceedings dated 09.09.2025. 2/4
