Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records relating to the impugned order in No.681/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated 15.10.2019 on the file of second respondent herein and set aside the same as illegal and direct to the respondents to produce the detenu Saravanan, son of Palani, aged about 26 years, now confined at Central Prison, Puzhal,Chennai before this Court and set him at liberty.

(Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.) Petitioner is the wife of the detenu, namely, Saravanan, S/o. Palani, aged 26 years, who has been branded as a "Goonda" under Tamil Nadu Act 14 of 1982 and detained under orders of the second respondent passed in Memo No.681/BCDFGISSSV/2019 dated https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

15.10.2019. Such order is under challenge herein. 2.Learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the detention order passed by the second respondent as against the husband of the petitioner dated 15.10.2019 has been revoked by the Government in G.O.Rt.No.4935, dated 29.11.2019 and he has also produced a copy of the said order.

3.In view of the above, this Habeas Corpus Petition is closed, as it has become infructuous.
