ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Challenging the order of the first respondent dated 12.03.2015 and the second respondent dated 09.02.2017 and for a consequential direction to the respondents to reinstate and restore the petitioner's employment and permit him to continue in his employment and grant him all consequential service and monetary benefits, the present writ petition has been filed. 2.Though the petitioner sought for a larger relief, learned senior counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the time granted by this Court in W.P.No.7492 of 2015 dated 03.11.2016 has been breached long time back. Therefore, by way of last chance, a direction may be issued to the respondents to comply with the order of the Division Bench within a reasonable time.
3.Considering the above, we direct the third respondent to comply with the order of the Division Bench in W.P.No.7492 of 2015 dated 03.11.2016 within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is made clear that no more extension of time will be granted. The petitioner is directed to co-operate with the respondents.
4.With the above direction, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
