This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.16525 of 2025 dated 1/4

06.06.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders except required to appear before the trial Court for hearing in connection with other cases.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side).

3. Considering the submissions of both sides and the nature of offence,the condition imposed on the petitioners in Paragraph No.7(b) in Crl.O.P.No.16525 of 2025 dated 06.06.2025 that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30.a.m.,until further orders except required to appear before the trial Court for hearing in connection with other cases is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. .
