] This petition is filed to dispense with the production of original impugned summons dated 11.04.2022 issued by the Special Judge, Puducherry.

2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr.N.Ramesh, learned counsl, who takes notice for the respondent.

3.Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall produce the original summons as and when it is furnished to him.
