Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first respondent to conduct appropriate enquiry in connection with the registration of sale deed dated 24.01.2022 executed by the petitioner in favour of the third respondent on the file of second respondent and to pass appropriate orders thereof to direct the second respondent to make appropriate entry / endorsement in respect of the property covered in the sale 1/4

deed dated 24.01.2022 to prevent any further alienation at the instance of the third respondent by considering the representation dated 28.10.2022 of the petitioner within a time frame that may be fixed by this Honourable Court.
