praying for issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, to call for the records in connection with the order of detention passed by the second respondent dated 11.10.2023 in C3/D.O.No.107/2023 petitioner/detenu Poovarasan, Male aged 26 years, S/o Sadasivam, who is confined at Central Prison, Vellore and set aside the same and direct the respondents to produce the detenu before the Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty. ORDER

The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondents, on instructions, stated that the impugned order of detention passed against the detenu herein has been revoked. He also produced a copy of the G.O.Rt.No.6764, Home, Prohibition and Excise (IX) Department dated 01.12.2023 before this Court.
2. In view of the above, this habeas corpus petition is dismissed as infructuous.
