This Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.03.2017, passed by the 2nd respondent and consequently directing the 2nd respondent to issue enlistment certificate to the petitioner under Rule 19 Clause 4, of Tamil Nadu Siddha System of Medicine (Development and Registration of Practitioners) Act, 1997.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, after advancing elaborate arugments, Mr.G.K.Thamizharasan, learned counsel appearing for petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs. 11.03.2022 rpp 2/4
