Respondents Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents to alow DCRG, Commutation of Pension, Family Pension and all other service benefits to the petitioner without reference to the clauses (e)(g) and(h) in paragraph 3 of G.O.Ms.No.250, Rural Development(E-5) Department, dated 14.09.2000, by extending the benefit of the common order in W.P.No.30003, 30750, 30825, 38583, 38584/2004 etc., dated 19.04.2006 to the petitioner and grant her all consequential benefits.

Today, when the writ Petition is taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner has sought permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition as having become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect in the bundle.

2. In view of the submission and the endorsement made in the Writ Petition, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
