This writ petition has been filed for direction to the respondents to issue posting orders to the petitioner to the post of P.G.Assistant (Chemistry), based on the selection conducted by the second respondent as per Notification No.01/2021 dated 09.09.2021 and as per Provisional Selection List published on 16.09.2022 in consideration of the representation submitted by the petitioner dated 13.10.2022 within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 2.

The learned counsel for the respondents submitted that the petitioner already got selected to the post of PG Assistant (Chemistry). 2/4
