This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.No.19777 of 2023 dated 01.09.2023 that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioners is relaxed.

However, it is made clear that, the petitioners shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons.
