ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed to call for the records relating to the FIR in Crime No.4/AC/2022-CC-II on the file of the first respondent.

2. When the matter came up or hearing, learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that, after investigation since there was no adequate evidence to prosecute as against this petitioner, further action is proposed to be dropped as the allegation is not substantiated and it is also stated that a final report will be filed shortly before the trial Court.

3. In view thereof there is nothing further to be adjudicated in this petition. The Criminal Original Petition is closed and the respondents are directed to file the final report as expeditiously as possible and the trial Court shall consider the same on merits and in accordance with law. 19-06-2025 KST 2/4
