ORDER

By consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage.

2.The case of the petitioner is that she was appointed as Staff Nurse on 11.03.2011 at Primary Health Center, Dombuchery, Theni District and after her regularisation by the first respondent, she was posted as Staff Nurse at Government Medical College Hospital, Kilpauk, Chennai, on 06.03.2017. As the petitioner is the native of Dindigul District, considering her family situation, the second respondent had issued deputation order and posted her at Government Medical College Hospital, Dindigul. Thereby, she had given a representation on 28.08.2024 to the respondents seeking transfer to her native place or any other Urban Primary Health Centers at Dindigul. Since the said representation is pending consideration, the petitioner has approached this Court by way of present writ petition.

3. Heard both sides and perused the materials available on record.

4. Without going into the merits of the case, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's representation dated 28.08.2024 and 2/4

pass orders on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs.
