2. This Writ Miscellaneous Petition has been filed to recall the order passed by this Hon'ble Court in W.P.No.28430 of 2017 on 08.11.2022.
3. On 08.11.2022, W.P.No.28430 of 2017 was dismissed for non-prosecution as the learned Counsel for the petitioner informed that he had no instructions from the petitioner.
4. The petitioner has now come forward with this miscellaneous petition to recall the order passed by this Court dismissing the writ petition on 08.11.2022.
5. In Paragraph 4 of the affidavit filed in support of this petition, the petitioner has explained the reasons for not getting in touch with the learned Counsel for the petitioner earlier.

6. The reasons given in the affidavit appears to be reasonable. Hence, this Writ Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. The order passed by this Court on 08.11.2022 in W.P.No.28430 of 2017 dismissing the petition for non-prosecution is recalled and the writ petition stands restored to the file of this Court.
7. List the case for regular hearing.
