This application is filed to implead the petitioner herein as the 2nd respondent in O.P.No.121 of 2024.

2. The petitioner herein is the purchaser of the property that is the subject matter of the Original Petition. The petitioner in the original petition claims right to seek letters of administration based on the Will of the year 1988, executed by Dr.Senthamarai Manivannan, who died in the year 2001. However, the original petition has been filed after the lapse of 22 years. The applicant has already moved this Court for specific performance of the property, which he claims to have purchased from the sole legal heirs of Dr.Senthamarai Manivannan and the said suit for specific performance is pending in C.S.No.581 of 2013. In this Original Petition, the petitioner has filed a caveat, claiming an actionable right in the property. Since the caveat is also accompanied by a supporting affidavit, Registry is directed to convert this original petition into T.O.S.
