ORDER

The writ on hand has been instituted to quash the order dated 20.04.2016 passed by the District Elementary Educational Officer regarding cancellation of bank payment. Since the petitioner was already dismissed from service and the said punishment was approved by the Education Department, the relief as such sought for in the present writ petition lost its relevance as far as the writ petitioner is concerned.
