This Criminal Miscellaneous Petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking to restore Crl.O.P.No.8763 of 2017 which was dismissed for non-prosecution by this Court vide order dated 30.11.2021.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3. Mr.L.Baskaran, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent police submitted that he has no objection to this petition being allowed.

4. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of the petition and also, no objection expressed by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is ordered as prayed for.
