When the matter is taken up for hearing today, learned Government Advocate appearing for the Respondents, produced a copy of F.I.R.No.181, which was registered on 19.11.2019 for the alleged offence under Sections 379, 21(1) and 21(4) of the Mines and Minerals (Development & Regulation) Act, 1957. 2.

A Division Bench of this Court has already taken a decision that in matters similar to the case on hand, the remedy available to the Petitioner is before the jurisdictional Court. 3.
