This application is filed to grant leave to sue Defendants 1 to 4 before this Court.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that the substantial part of the cause of action arose within the jurisdiction of this Court, where the registration of the marriage between the first and second Defendants took place, the legal heirship certificate was issued by 9th Defendant and where the death benefits were released by the 7th Defendant. Moreover, he submitted that some of the Defendants are carrying on business within the jurisdiction of this Court.

4. Keeping in mind the above facts and circumstances and the nature of the relief requested in this suit, this application is liable to be allowed. Accordingly, leave is granted to sue Defendants 1 to 4 before this Court.
