This application is filed to dispense with notice under Section 80 of C.P.C. in respect of Defendants 5 to 10, who are Government Authorities.

2. I heard the learned counsel for the Applicant.

3. The learned counsel for the Applicant submits that no interim orders are proposed to be requested, on ex-parte basis, as against the Government Authorities who are the Defendants 5 to 10 in the suit. On the other hand, it is submitted that the urgent interim orders are required as against the private parties/Defendants 1 to 4, who are the contesting parties, and this Application is filed for such purpose.

4.Upon considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the Applicant and on examining the affidavit filed in support of this application, I am of the view that notice under Section 80 of C.P.C. could be dispensed with in respect of Respondents 5 to

10 in the Application, who are the Defendants 5 to 10 in the suit, especially in view of the fact that no ex-parte interim orders are proposed to be prayed for as against the said Government Authorities.

5. For the reasons aforesaid, this application is allowed and notice under Section 80 of C.P.C. is dispensed with as regards the Respondents 5 to 10 in the application.
