O R D E R
The petitioner filed this Writ Petition seeking to direct the second respondent to approve the appointment of the petitioner in the post of record clerk W.E.F 22.12.2017 based on the proposal dated 04.01.2018 and 08.10.2018 respectively of the 5th respondent.
2. The case of the petitioner is that she has been appointed as Record Clerk in a sanctioned post on 22.12.2017 by the 5th respondent school since a vacancy in the said post arose due to the promotion given to erstwhile incumbent, i.e. one Rajam as a Junior Assistant. Thereafter, the proposal has been sent by the School Management on 08.10.2018 for approval of the appointment of the petitioner. The grievance of the petitioner is that till date, no orders have been passed on the proposals sent by the School Management. Hence the petitioner filed the Writ Petition.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that it would be suffice to issue a direction to the second respondent to consider the proposal dated 04.01.2018 and 08.10.2018 and pass order on merits and in accordance with law. 4.
Mr.C.Munusamy learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents, conceded with the limited request made by the learned counsel for the petitioner.

Considering the above facts and circumstances and the limited request made by the petitioner, I am inclined to issue direction to the 2nd respondents to consider the proposal dated 04.01.2018 and 08.10.2018 and pass appropriate orders therein in accordance with law within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
