This petition has been filed to quash the proceedings in P.R.C.No.4 of 2017, pending on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1 against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 307 r/w 34 of I.P.C.

2. There is no representation for the petitioner.

3. It has been stated by the learned Government Advocate that the matter has been committed to the Sessions Court and the same has been taken on file in S.C.No.108/2017 by the learned https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Chief Judicial Magistrate, Namakkal and P.W.Nos.1 to 8 have already been examined and the matter is posted for further evidence on 05.01.2022. In such view of the matter, quashment of the proceedings does not arise.

4. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
