O R D E R
This petition has been filed seeking transfer of investigation of the case in Crime No.70 of 2024.
According to the petitioner, his complaint is not related to cyber crime, but the complaint was transferred to the second respondent police. There is no progress in the investigation and hence the petitioner approached this Court seeking transfer of the case.
Learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that based on the complaint of the petitioner, the accused was remanded and investigation also completed and charge sheet alone yet to file. Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record.
In view of the submissions made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that investigation completed and charge alone has to be filed, the relief sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted. However the second 2/4
respondent police is directed to file charge sheet before the court concerned within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. With the above directions, the criminal original petition stands disposed of.
