This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.517 of 2023 in Crl.O.P.No.26567 of 2022 dated 19.01.2023 in Crime No.377 of 2022, on condition that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on 1st and 15th working day of every month at 10.30 a.m., until filing of the final report and also appear before the trial Court on all hearing dates.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) stated that, the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by this Court.

3. Considering the said submission and having satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, once in a month for a period of three months and thereafter as and when required for interrogation by the respondent police.
