The petitioner seeks a direction to the 1st respondent herein to provide Police Protection for construction in the petitioner's lands measuring 1.50 cents situated at Thiruvadhur Village, Cheyyur Taluk, Chengalpet in Old S.F.No.3A/1A, New S.F.3A/1A2, by considering his complaint dated 07.08.2025.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the 1st respondent and perused the documents placed on record.

3. It is the contention of the petitioner that despite decree passed by the civil court by granting permanent injunction against the 2nd and 3rd respondents, still the respondents 2 and 3 are obstructing the petitioner. Further, the petitioner is the purchaser from the original decree holder, hence seeks police protection.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side), on instructions, would submit that CSR has been registered as against the respondents 2 and 3.
