A serious allegations of criminal trespass, abusing in filthy language, criminal intimidation and women harassment are made in the complaint. 2.

The accused persons claiming themselves as Advocates alleged to have gone into the house of the defacto complainant under the guise of mediating the matrimonial dispute between the son of the defacto complainant and one Archana, the daughter-in-law of the defacto complainant.

Serious allegations of cognizable offence is found in the complaint, which requires proper investigation. It is not a fit case to quash even before completion of investigation. Hence, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
