In view of the reasons stated in the accompanying affidavit filed in support of this miscellaneous petition, the delay of 280 days stands condoned with a condition to Pay a sum of Rs.500/-(Rupees Five Hundred only) to the High Court Legal Services Authority on or before 20.12.2019, failing which, this petition would stand dismissed automatically.
