The petitioner /A3 in S.C.No.20 of 2014 now pending before the II Additional District and Sessions Court, Chidambaram in which charges have been framed under Sections 341, 302 r/w 120(b), 109 and 302 of IPC.

2.The petitioner had been originally granted bail and for the reasons best known to him, he had taken a decision to abscond and Non Bailable Warrant was issued on 06.08.2021. The petitioner was secured after nearly two years on 08.09.2023.

3.It is stated that as against the other two accused, A1 and A2, Non Bailable Warrant is still pending.

4.In view of these facts, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
