It is brought to the notice of this Court that challenging the said judgment dated 26.04.2017, Petition for Special Leave to Appeal (C) No.25194 of 2017 was filed, in which notice has been ordered and status quo has been granted. Hence, the learned counsel appearing for the revision petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this application. To that effect, he has also made an endorsement in the bundle.

3. In view of the submissions and endorsement made, this Review Application is dismissed as withdrawn. There shall be no order as to costs.
