[Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.] Seeking a direction to the respondent to produce the petitioner's brother-in-law, namely, A.Nagendrababu, son of Venkateswarlu, aged about 24 years before this Court and to set him at liberty, the present Habeas Corpus Petition has been filed.
2. The detenu is present and so also the petitioner. It is informed by the parties that the detenu has since returned after marrying a girl and the same has also been accepted by the family members.
