C.M.P.No.8449 of 2024 in C.M.A.Sr.No.136183 of 2023 N.ANAND VENKATESH , J This Civil Miscellaneous Petition has been filed seeking to condone the delay of 211 days in filing the Civil Miscellaneous Appeal.

2. Affidavit of service has been filed and it is seen that notice has been served on learned counsel appearing on behalf of first respondent before the Tribunal. There is no appearance for the first respondent either in person or through counsel.

3. Respondents 10 and 12 are represented through counsel.

4. Heard the learned counsel on either side and perused the records.

5. Having satisfied with the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this miscellaneous petition is allowed and the delay of 211 days in filing the above appeal is condoned.

Registry is directed to number the main Civil Miscellaneous Appeal, if it is otherwise in order and list the same for admission in due course. Registry is directed to print the names of Mr.J.Michael Visuvasam, learned counsel for tenth respondent and Mr.N.B.Sureka, learned counsel for twelfth respondent in the cause list at the time of admission.
