A.No.6169 of 2023 in C.S.DR.No.128438 of 2023 N.SATHISH KUMAR.J., This application has been filed seeking leave to sue the fifth respondent/fifth defendant for the property situated outside the jurisdiction of this Court.

2. The suit has been filed for partition of the immovable properties situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and outside the jurisdiction.

Considering the fact that all major properties are situated within the jurisdiction of this Court and defendants 1 to 4 are residing within the jurisdiction, leave is granted and this application is Ordered as prayed for.
