2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, Mr.A.Gokulakrishnan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel appearing for the Petitioner, this Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
