Respondent Prayer: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records pertaining to the order passed by the respondent in Proceedings No.120661/A2/2004 dated 12.09.2006 and quash the same, in so far as the refusal to transfer the permit and refusal to replace the vehicle in respect of Stage Carriage bearing Regn.No.TN 27 Z 2999 to ply the route from Sentharapatti to Thirumandurai, and direct the respondent to transfer the permit in the name of the petitioner in respect of the above vehicle and also for replacement of the above vehicle.

ORDER

Mr.C.Vediappan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the relief sought for in this petition has become infructuous.
