The relief sought for in the present Transfer Civil 1/4

Miscellaneous Petition is to withdraw the O.S.No.251 of 2014 pending on the file of the VII Additional Family Court at Chennai and transfer the same to any other Family Court at Chennai.

2. In respect of Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions filed to transfer the cases within the District, the same is to be filed before the Principal Family Court, Chennai, who is empowered to consider such Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petitions under the provisions of the Code of Civil Procedure. Therefore, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the learned Principal Family Court at Chennai for consideration.

3. With the abovesaid liberty, this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition No.1202 of 2022 stands disposed of. However, there shall be no order as to costs.
