This Criminal Original Petition is filed to quash the complaint filed for the offences under Sections 341, 294(b), 324, 323 & 506(ii) of IPC.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submits that pursuant to a compromise, the complainant has withdrawn the complaint before the Trial Court and hence, nothing survives in the quash petition. 3.Recording the said submission, this Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected misellaneous petitions are closed.
