This Criminal Original Petition has been filed seeking direction to the learned Sessions Judge, Special Court for SC/ST Act, Tiruvannamalai to consider the bail application of the petitioner at the time of his surrender on the same day itself in connection with Cr.No.268 of 2024 on the file of the respondent.
