These Petitions are filed by the petitioners seeking to substitute the petitioners 3 to 6 as the legal heirs of the deceased Tmt.Saradha, the 2nd petitioner in the Writ Petitions.

2.Heard both sides. The learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondent has no serious objection for ordering these petitions.

3. Having regard to the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions and being satisfied with the same, these petitions are ordered.
