Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.PRABAKAR, Advocate for the petitioner , the court made the following order:- The criminal miscellaneous petition has been filed by the petitioner/Accused seeking to extend the time to comply with the order dated 04.10.2019 made in Crl.M.P.No.14243 of 2019 in Crl.R.C.No.1033 of 2019.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that this Court had directed the petitioner to deposit an amount of Rs.75,000/- within two weeks and would submit that since the petitioner was in custody he could not arrange the said amount and that the petitioner is taking steps to raise funds to deposit the said amount and that and thereby, he would seek extension of time to comply with the conditional order, dated 04.10.2019. Taking into consideration and the submission, the time is extended by further period of two weeks from today. Post the matter for reporting compliance on 21.11.2019. -sd/- 07/11/2019 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
