(Order of the Court made by M.M.SUNDRESH,J.) Though a larger relief has been sought for, seeking a direction to the Respondent to issue Community Certificate to the Petitioner, we are not inclined to go into the same, inasmuch as the Petitioner's representation seeking issuance of Community Certificate, is pending consideration with the Respondent.

In such view of the matter, we direct the Respondent/Revenue Divisional Officer, Mettur Dam, to pass appropriate orders on the Petitioner's Application dated 01.11.2017, within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
