Respondents Prayer:- Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issue of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records relating to the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 25.10.2004 in Na.Ka.No.10507/2002/M and quash the same and consequently direct the respondents to grant family pension to the petitioners on account of the death of their son. ORDER
The petitioners filed this writ petition seeking for a writ of certiorarified mandamus, challenging the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated 25.10.2004 in Na.Ka.No.10507/2002/M and quash the same and also direct the respondents to grant family pension to the petitioners on account of the death of their son N.Velmurugan, who was a member of the 3rd respondent society with Membership No.603. 2.
The learned counsel appearing for the opposite party would submit that in the meanwhile, the authority/1st respondent has granted family pension, vide order No.11663/2017/C2 dated 08.02.2018. A copy of the same is also filed today before this Court.

Considering the facts and submissions, nothing left to be decided in this case. However, the petitioner is at liberty to ventilate their grievance for the family pension if not released to the petitioner, in pursuant to the order passed by the respondent, by filing appropriate petition in this writ petition.
4. Accordingly, the writ petition stands disposed of with the above direction. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
