ORDER

When the Matter was taken up for hearing on 16.11.2022, there was no representation on behalf of the petitioner and hence the matter was posted on 18.11.2022. When the matter was taken for hearing on 18.11.2022, once again there was no representation for the petitioner and in order to give one more opportunity to the petitioner, the matter was again directed to be listed on 22.11.2022 under the caption ''For Dismissal''. Today, the case is listed for hearing under the caption "for Dismissal" but today also none represented on behalf of the petitioner.

3. In view of the above, this Writ Petition is dismissed for nonprosecution. No Costs. 22.11.2022 NHS 2/4
