PRAYER: Criminal Original Petition filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C, to direct the District Mahila Court, Salem, to furnish the certified copy of the statement of the alleged victim girl given under Section 164 Cr.P.C., as sought for by the petitioners in their copy application in SR.No.10521 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Salem. O R D E R

This petition has been filed seeking a direction to direct the District Mahila Court, Salem, to furnish the certified copy of the statement of the alleged victim girl given under Section 164 Cr.P.C., as sought for by the petitioners in their copy application in SR.No.10521 of 2019 on the file of the learned District Munsif Court, Salem.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent.

3. Admittedly, so far the charge sheet has not been filed. At this stage, the petitioners being the accused are not entitled to get certified copy of the statement recorded under Section 164 of Cr.P.C., The petitioners will be furnished copy for the said document under Section 207 of https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Cr.P.C., after filing charge sheet. Hence, this petitoin is dismissed.
