These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 2nd respondent in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed 24th respondent as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the 24th respondent herein is brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 2nd respondent and ranked as 24th respondent in the appeal.
