This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners 1, 6, 7 and 8 in Crl.O.P.No.26435 of 2022 on 01.11.2022 to report before the respondent police everyday at 10.30 a.m until further orders.
2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted the petitioners 1, 6, 7 and 8 are complying with the conditions regularly imposed by this Court.
3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners are modified to the effect that inrespect-of the petitioners 2, 3 and 4 herein are relaxed. However, the petitioners 2, 3 and 5 shall appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation and in respect of 1st petitioner herein is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Saturday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of three months 09.12.2022 Vv https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis
