These petitions have been filed seeking condonation of delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the 1st respondent in the appeal, to set aside the abatement and to bring on record the proposed respondents 18 to 23 as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent.

2.Accepting the reasons assigned in the affidavit filed in support of the petitions, these petitions are ordered, the delay of 445 days in filing a petition to set aside the abatement is condoned, abatement is set aside and the respondents 18 to 23 are brought on record as legal representatives of the deceased 1st respondent and ranked as appellants 18 to 23 in the appeal.
