Today i.e 10.12.2019 this case is posted under the caption "For Being Mentioned" at the instance of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner states that in second line of paragraph No.4, instead of mentioning "Revision petition", it is mentioned as "representation". Hence, necessary correction may be carried out.

3. In view of the above, the words "Revision petition" may be substituted in the place of "representation". Registry is directed to carry out necessary corrections in the order dated 15.11.2019 and issue fresh order copy to the parties concerned.
