Thess petitions have been filed to relax the condition order dated 14.10.2022 passed in Crl.O.P.Nos.24428 and 24432 of 2022 directing the petitioners to report before the respondent police everyday at 05.30 p.m., until further orders.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the petitioners are complying with the conditions regularly.

Considering the said submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioners is modified to the effect that the petitioners are directed to report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.III, Tirupathur, everyday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of one week and thereafter, on the dates fixed by the learned Judicial Magistrate.
